Description:
Let's say I have a scarf and I'll say, "What else could this scarf be? Show me." For example; a tail, a noose, a tightrope (have them demonstrate). Now ask if anyone else can show what else this scarf could be?

If the group is not in a cirlce you can run around the room to pass the object. I like to use a commmon object (my rainbow scart is becoming infamous); a scarf, cane, tablecloth, a tie (once used a tie right off the neck of the CEO of a company where I was facilitating). Choose objects big enough for all to see.

Tips:
I have played this exercise with many, many different groups from persons with dementia to chaplains to nursing students to kindergartners. Players will only want to say what it is, but get them to show it.
