Description: This exercise is best executed with a group of 14 or less, so divide thegroup accordingly. Circle the group and have them put their arms around each other's shoulders.Have the group face the floor. Pick a number you are going to count to depending ont he size of your group. 10 is usually safe. One person will start to count and then someone must follow and so on. If any two people overlap a number in anyway you ned to begin again until you can reach your selected number with no one overlapping one another. Tips: You should play too.
